- Archive.org, the Internet Wayback Machine
- International Internet Preservation Consortium (IIPC), whose mission is to acquire, preserve and make accessible knowledge and information from the Internet for future generations everywhere, promoting global exchange and international relations.
- The European Archive, a non-profit foundation working towards universal access to all knowledge.
- DSpace, an open-source platform for accessing, managing, and preserving scholarly works. Developed by MIT Libraries and HP Labs, DSpace is used by over 200 academic institutions and cultural organizations worldwide, for institutional repostories and more.
- WebCite, an on-demand archiving system for webreferences, which can be used by authors, editors, and publishers of scholarly papers and books, to ensure that cited webmaterial will remain available to readers in the future.

- Banner Ad Museum, a collection of rare, old and interesting banner ads as well as website banners from the early days of the internet.
