Frequently asked questions

webarchivists, it’s a bit like Archive.org ?

No, not really. Of course we know this site and we appreciate it but we believe that its approach is different from ours. We address the archiving in a more “editorial” and community-based way. We do not aim to archive the Internet in its entirety.

You can help us!

We are looking for translators to adapt the existing contents in any language. Similarly, if you work in a hardware-selling company, we are interested in donations (either in storage devices or money).

You have a low income and do not speak Estonian?

You can help too! An article on your blog, a post on your university's forum ... So many simple ways to talk about the project and educate your friends to the problems of archiving digital data.
